Prior to use, shower or bathe using a BHB Exfoliating Mitt. This will give you a long lasting and even application. Use the BHB Applicator Mitt for a streak-free natural looking tan. Spray and gently blend in a circular motion. Be sure to apply to neck and chest for a natural blend. Tan develops over the next 4-6 hours. If you desire a darker tan, apply more product the next day. Reapply once every 4-6 days.
